And it is for this reason that QMC Tecnología Química, SL, annually invests 5% of its sales turnover in R+D+I and the development of new technologies. Our technical department employs highly qualified staff that are exclusively dedicated to research work and who are in constant contact with the latest technological advances.

By means of collaboration agreements established with organisations such as Valencia Polytechnic University’s polytechnic foundation and the AIDICO technological institute for construction, in recent years QMC Tecnología Química SL's technical team has been responsible for the development of significant advances related to technologies and materials employed in the natural stone and ceramics industry.

Since its founding, QMC Tecnología Química’s activities have been closely linked to the evolution of the natural stone sector. An average of 15 projects, centred on the development of the sector through new means of increasing competitiveness, are developed each year. Thus, decisive contributions have been made to the development of products which are dried by means of ultraviolet radiation and new adhesive techniques and treatments, aimed at the natural stone, ceramics and construction industries.
